How do I buy a deal?

Click the BUY button and if you have already set up your account, you fill in your credit card information and click submit. If you have not set up your account yet, you will be asked to set it up after you click buy. When the deal timer ends, your credit card will be charged and the voucher will available to print in your DealStork account, at which time you will also receive an email notification from us.

Is there a limit to how many I can buy?

We do our best to get deals that have no restrictions but sometimes we are required to place certain limitations on our offers. The "Details" section will always tell you if there are limits to the number of vouchers you can buy.

Why do you only offer one deal a day?

As we grow, we will be looking to offer more than one deal a day, but for now, businesses like the fact that their deal is center stage. However, each of our deals are available for purchase for at least 72 hours or until they are sold out, so make sure to look at our All Available Deals section listed under the featured deal.

What if I have a question about the deal?

Then we would love to know about it. Please contact us and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

How do I get my voucher?

You will be able to access your voucher through your DealStork account once the deal timer ends. While the deal is still available for purchase, the voucher in your account will say "Not yet active" and won't be available to print until the deal ends.

Do you require a minimum number of people buy the deal before it is activated?

No, we do not require a minimum number of purchases for the deal to be activated.  If you are interested in the offer and purchase through DealStork, the deal is yours!

How do I redeem my voucher?

Instructions for redemption will be listed in the detail section of the voucher. In most cases, all you need to do is print and bring the voucher to the business location.

How do I know if I've used my voucher?

There is a section in your DealStork.com account to help you keep track of the vouchers that you have printed and used. The initial screen you see when you log in is "My Vouchers" which shows you any vouchers you haven't yet printed. The "Printed Vouchers" tab will show you vouchers that you have already printed.

When will my credit card be charged?

We initially authorize a pending transaction on your credit card to confirm you have funds available, but we do not capture this charge until the deal timer ends. 

I had a declined transaction and now I see that charge on my online bank statement? Why is that charge there?

When you experience a declined transaction, your account was still checked to see if funds were available.  This causes a "pending transaction" to show up on your account.  Once the deal timer ends, this pending transaction will go away and will never be charged to you.

How long does it take to get my voucher?

The voucher will be available to print in your account once the deal timer has ended for that deal. Remember, we run each deal for 72 hours, so make sure to check the clock if your voucher still says "Not yet available."

When does my voucher expire?

The expiration date is shown in the "Details" section when you are buying the deal and will be displayed on the voucher.

Is my credit card information safe?

We do not store your credit card information, and all pages that involve any personal data are secured using the latest and greatest in security standards.

What happens if I try to buy a deal but the time has run out?

To successfully buy your voucher, you must fully complete your purchase before the time runs out.

What payment methods can I use?

We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard and Discover Card. Debit cards that require a pin can not be used.

Can I return a voucher I have previously purchased?
